Just add their name and set the amount to 0. The tool includes them as a participant and automatically calculates how much they owe the group.
Does the tool support couples or families?
Expenses are split equally between participants. If one person represents multiple shares (couple or family), add them multiple times (e.g. “Paul 1” and “Paul 2”) so the tool counts multiple shares.
