Transactional email logs are also kept. Internal Pro assignments and credit movements are linked to the account where applicable, to manage access and reconstruct the credit balance.

When you submit the contact form (or report a bug from a tool page), the following may be stored: your message, the URL of the page concerned, your browser's user-agent, the language and — only if you provide it voluntarily — your email address. These data are used solely to process your request.
