How to merge images into a single PDF?
- Drop your files into the zone (JPG, PNG, WebP). You can also paste from the clipboard (Ctrl+V).
- Reorder the thumbnails via drag & drop to set the page order.
- Configure orientation (portrait / landscape / auto), layout (1, 2 or 4 images per page), margins and compression.
- Generate the PDF: everything is computed locally, the download starts instantly.
Why a 100% local converter?
Your scans, ID photos, screenshots or course pages may contain sensitive information. With Outilo, no file is uploaded — the conversion runs in your browser through a dedicated Web Worker and the jsPDF library. It's fast, free, no signup and private.
Common use cases
- Admin file: front/back ID photo + proof of address in a single PDF.
- Schoolwork: bundle several photos of handwritten pages before emailing them to a teacher.
- Expense reports: group photographed receipts into the same attachment.
- Quick portfolio: turn a folder of images into a shareable book.
Picking the right quality
The compression slider controls the JPEG quality applied to embedded images. High (95%) keeps a perfect rendering but produces a heavier PDF, Standard (75%) is the right trade-off for most use cases, Low (50%) helps stay below online forms' caps (often 5 or 10 MB). When in doubt, aim for standard quality and review the final PDF before sending.
FAQ
How to merge several JPGs into a single PDF?
Drop the images into the zone, reorder them by drag & drop if needed, then click "Generate PDF". All selected images are assembled into a single document, in the order you set.
Does the service add a watermark or a logo?
No. Outilo does not add any watermark to your PDF, no ad page, and does not alter your images. You get a clean file, ready to send.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The tool is responsive: you can import pictures from your gallery, or take photos directly with your camera. The PDF generation stays 100% local, with no server connection.
How to reduce the final PDF size?
Lower the compression slider to "Standard" or "Low", stick to 1 image per page if your photos are already high-res, and pre-compress your sources with our image compressor if each original exceeds several MB.
