Does my image lose quality?
No. The tool crops from the original pixels of your file, with no extra compression. You keep the maximum quality of the selected area (JPEG export at 95%, PNG lossless).
Are my photos sent to a server?
No, absolutely not. All processing runs in JavaScript locally in your browser. No data is sent to our servers or any third party.
Which file formats are supported?
The tool accepts JPG, PNG and WebP. GIFs are also supported, but only the first frame of an animated GIF is exported. For PDF or SVG, use a dedicated tool.
How do I create a circular avatar?
Pick the Square 1:1 ratio, tick "Avatar mode (Circle)", adjust the frame on the face, then download. The export is automatically a transparent PNG to preserve the circular shape.
What is the Safe Zone for?
On TikTok, Reels and Instagram Stories, the UI (username, buttons) covers parts of the top and bottom. The Safe Zone marks the always-visible area: keep your subject inside to avoid hiding anything.
