Organize PDFs visually

Drop one or more PDFs and see their pages in a grid. Select pages, drag their handles, rotate them in quarter turns, duplicate them or remove them. “Move to…” also lets you choose a position using the keyboard or your phone. The enlarged preview helps you check the content before downloading.

Merge, extract or split a PDF

Export the complete arrangement or selected pages as a PDF. To split the document, choose one PDF per page or enter ranges such as 1-3, 4-6, 8: each range becomes a PDF in a ZIP archive. Numbers refer to the current page order. Ranges must be valid and must not overlap.

Your documents stay on your device

Import, previews and export run in your browser. The tool does not send your PDFs, filenames or content to Outilo. No document or arrangement is saved to your account or browser storage. Files remain in memory only during the session. Export before closing or reloading; a new session clears the arrangement and history. Originals stay unchanged.

Limits and special documents

Up to 20 files, 50 MiB of sources and 200 pages, including duplicates. Exports are limited to 100 MiB. These limits protect memory; a less powerful phone may need smaller batches. Encrypted PDFs, XFA forms and digitally signed PDFs are unsupported. Standard forms are flattened with their current appearance after your consent, when that appearance can be preserved.

Page content, text, images, dimensions and rotations are preserved without converting pages into screenshots. Bookmarks, attachments and interactive links are not preserved. This tool is not a text editor, signature tool or malicious-PDF sanitization service.

Supported browsers

Use Chrome or Edge 125+, maintained Firefox ESR, or Safari and iOS 18+. Complex PDFs may need more time. Previews load progressively and exports can be cancelled without losing the arrangement.
